7. Cancellations & Refusals

• Orders may be canceled before shipping at no cost.

• Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled; however, customers may refuse the order upon delivery.

• Fakhrtiqniya reserves the right to limit Cash on Delivery for customers with repeated refusals.
